Just got back from the children’s bookfest in Singapore. Here are the pix
Above you see the sort of people who judge literary prizes. We somehow managed to clear the Lemon Tree cafe’s entire stocks of salted caramel ice cream (the brain needs MASSES of sugar to make it work properly).

The main events took place in this thing called The Pod (above and top of column) which is a sort of spaceship-like thing on top of a skyscraper called The National Library.
Above is my friend Nick with some of his fans. Sadly we don’t all get the same level of adoration as he does… can’t think why, other than the fact that he is young, handsome, brilliant, etc…
